Modern Medical education in china
started during the last century. China is a global player and a
leader in Traditional medicine and Herbal medicine and one of the
biggest exporters of Herbal products in the world. All the
Universities are public and government funded universities. The main
task of higher education in China is to train specialists for all
the sectors of the country's development. Universities, colleges and
institutes, which make up China's higher educational system, offer
four- or five-year undergraduate programs as well as special two-or
three year programs.
CMU to develop international relations and to emerge as one of the
best universities in the world. To develop this mission CMU has
established good exchange relation and cooperative relations with 46
universities , institutes and institutions in Japan , USA ,m
England, France, Russia, South Korea, Canada etc….
Many teacher have been sent abroad for advanced training and
lectures or research, more than 500 international students have
received their medical degrees from CMU.
